Another Thursday, another day at the
market.
Today we recommend sorrel from
Evensong Farm, purple asparagus from
Black Rock Orchard, Earthquake cheese (a Piedmont base with cracked pepper and vegetable ash) from
Everona Dairy, and truffle or bacon dogs from
Red Apron Butchery (we could not be any more thrilled that
they're moving in soon!).

Also of note: the folks at
Cedar have
made a habit of collecting delicious looking things from the market and getting them straight to your table.
Make your reservations, people. Cedar continues to be one of the most underrated restaurants here in the 'Quarter.
