Crowded Weekend for Penn Quarter

As if Halloween wasn't enough to bring the crowds to Penn Quarter this weekend, the joint Comedy Central Rallies The Rally to Restore Sanity and The Rally to Keep Fear Alive will both be in Penn Quarter as well as the Washington International Horse Show.

The Horse Show is at the Verizon center and F Street and part of 6th Street will be closed.  Coincidentally, the Daily Show is being taped at Sydney Harmon Hall just across F street from the Verizon Center.  The rallies (now joint) will be held on the Mall.

Should be quite a weekend for our little neighborhood.
