Capital Bikeshare's success causes its own problems

The Washington Times has an article about Capital Bikeshare and its success causing its own problems.  The article argues that the program is crippled by a lack of bikes when people want them and the particularly frustrating problem of a lack of spots to return a bike when you're done (and on the clock).

The article quotes an anonymous source saying a Living Social deal to join the bikeshare program really crippled them because it led to a massive influx of new users they couldn't handle.

Check out the full article here, which also talks about the camaraderie among bikeshare users.  It's worth a read.
