Kushi Suspended by Tax Collector

Kushi, the very popular sushi restaurant in City Vista, has been closed by D.C. authorities, reports The Triangle Blog.

A sign was posted in the window that said in large red letters "SUSPENDED" with smaller print underneath that reads "NO RETAIL SALES CAN BE TRANSACTED."  A picture is available here.

The notice is signed by the Chief of the Collections Division at the Office of Tax and Revenue - uh oh, looks like someone is in tax trouble.

Kushi has posted on twitter that they are "taking the weekend off" and will be closed until "early next week."
