Still not much action at Elisir

After Elisir filed for a liquor license and published a flashy website proclaiming "the culinary journey begins late summer 2011," we started to get excited.  They have already posted happy hour times and have pictures of the food on the website.  After all, the restuarant was supposed to open in June.

But a quick peek inside the space to be Elisir shows that it is far from complete.  The restaurant is going to take quite a bit of work to put in an semi-open kitchen (with HDTV's live streaming the meal preparation) as well as a full dining room.  The space is far from that now:

We are very anxious for Elisir to open, and were so enthused by late summer 2011 after being teased with a June opening--but is that really realistic?
