Grand Hyatt sold to Bethesda-based Host Hotels

The 888-room Grand Hyatt across from the upcoming CityCenter complex has been sold to Host Hotels, based in Bethesda.  The hotel went for $442 million, which may include the assumption of a $166 million mortgage on the property.

No word on any changes to come to the property, which has over 43,000 square feet of meeting space alone.
