Lego models suffer earthquake damage

As you probably know, there is an exhibition of Lego models at the National Building Museum right now.  Not surprisingly, a couple of the masterpieces were damaged during the earthquake, reports TBD.

There are fifteen Lego buildings in the exhibit, and two of them suffered damage.  The Museum says the damage was minor, but if we had built the Lego structure shown here, we would be upset.

It was the Burj Khalifa and the Empire State Building that suffered damage, but the museum says they will be fixed.  They are hoping the artist, Adam Reed Tucker will return to repair the Lego buildings.

There is plenty of time, the exhibition has recently been extended until September 3, 2012.
