The heart of Penn Quarter is expected to be overrun by hundreds of people today.
A pro-labor organization is protesting Walmart at their lobbying offices at 701 8th Street N.W., reports DCist.
The protest starts at 4:30 p.m. and is affiliated with the national Jobs for Justice conference taking place in D.C. this weekend.
