Have you ever thought locals should get a discount around our neighborhood? Sure, there are plenty of tourists buying ice cream, but we buy it all the time.
Well a new website downtownamenities.com has taken care of that problem.
The website has partnered with several Penn Quarter residential buildings (at no cost to the building) to give residents a discount card that works at several downtown establishments.
The following buildings are currently participating: City Vista, Yale Lofts, Madrigal Lofts, The Lexington, The Avalon, and the Newseum, among others.
Discounts include 10% off at Rita's Italian Ice, 50% one item at 5th Street Hardware, and 25% off tickets to D.C. United.

ReplyDeleteThis is just another one of the great amenities for residents of condos in DC. Penn Quarter has a lot of great local shops and also some great real estate and rental options.
