The Ringling Brothers Circus is on its way, which means one thing: the annual parade of elephants to Penn Quarter.
This year's theme is "Fully Charged," and to prove it, the Ringling Brothers will be lighting up their route and holding the parade at night on Tuesday, March 13th. The elephants are expected to start in SE at 8p, make a stop just in front of the Capitol on 3rd street for pictures, and then continue on to the Verizon Center.
