Some Developments to our East

The folks at neighbor-blog The Triangle have some interesting scuttlebutt on goings-on in Mount Vernon Triangle:

• Ryse, the anticipated Michael Landrum bakery, may be out at City Vista - and it might be a SweetGreen instead?
• Douglas Development has submitted a pretty nifty looking proposal for a new office building at New York and 6th.  It'll be nice to see some development in that neck of the woods.
