Street Work at 11th and F

DDOT is out in the neighborhood today investigating those pesky (and car-jarring) metal plates at 11th and F.  The plates are there because the roadway was giving away, but now, several agencies have assembled to investigate the root cause of the damage.  We're curious to see what they'll find...
