J. Crew's 8,625 square feet (over two stories) brings Penn Quarter ever-closer to the 1.1 million square feet of shopping space that's expected here by 2018.
With that news came confirmation that The Art of Spyn, which we've reported on in the past, is still slated for a Spring opening. Last we heard they were moving towards "late Spring," but we'll keep you posted.
