Penn Quarter is celebrating the arrival of the circus (and the elephants,
which will be traipsing through town and to the Verizon Center) tomorrow. The
Downtown DC BID has a
great list of participating restaurants, each of which will be running specials from 5-7:30pm before the Pachyderm Parade. Some will even be giving out red noses, glow necklaces, and other fun items to wear during the parade.
FYI -- This is before the parade, not during. Parade starts at 8 p.m., as your other post mentioned.
