Hill Country not even close

Hill Country BBQ, the 250-seat restaurant coming to 7th Street, was originally supposed to open in July 2010.  Then the owners said that the end of 2010 would be a "best case scenario."

A quick peek in the keyhole makes it clear that Hill Country is not even close to opening:

The place is still gutted, even after they were previously slapped with a violation of their building permit for working after hours.
