Thursday night, Tina Fey will accept the Mark Twain Prize for American Humor at the Kennedy Center.

The Washington Examiner reports that several celebrity attendees have already arrived in Washington.  Jennifer Hudson was spotted at DCA yesterday afternoon and many other celebrities are expected to attend including

Fred Armisen, Steve Carell, Jimmy Fallon, Jon Hamm, Jane Krakowski, Steve Martin, Seth Meyers, Lorne Michaels, Tracy Morgan, Amy Poehler and Betty White.

While many of them will probably stay in the West End and Georgetown, I'm sure some are staying in Penn Quarter -- and they'd be dumb not to show up here to eat.
