Stoplights at 6th and E

The eastbound traffic signals on E street at 6th street are not functioning and are totally dark.

All the other traffic lights are working, however.  The light on E street going eastbound on the very left of the street is operating, so traffic can use that light as their indicator to go (or stop).

This malfunction does not seem to be causing a major traffic problem.
