At the Penn Quarter?
Does Carmine's understand what Penn Quarter is?
Maybe it's truly a family operation and they farmed this out to their youngest (the random capitalization of words supports this theory). Or maybe their New York counterparts did it and truly don't get what Penn Quarter is.
