Jose Andres' Food Truck

Jose Andres is a huge staple in Penn Quarter, but according to Eater, he might be taking it on the road, unbeknownst to the general public.

When asked about plans for a food truck, Andres said:

"I bought one and have been running tests in Washington.  No one knows."

Well, now you do.  Andres says that the truck is fully equipped and named Pepe's.  Keep your eye out for it - and send us a picture if you spot the elusive Andres-mobile!
