The event will be held at Savour Restaurant & Wine Bar (Adam's Morgan - 2408 18th Street, NW), which is just steps from the National Cherry Blossom pop-up store, which is a gift shop of sorts, with some exhibits and the occassional performance.
The closing ceremony and wine tasting costs $10 per person, and all attendees must be over 21 years of age.
