Graffiato is hiring

Finishing as runner-up on Top Chef may have given Mike Isabella the time he needs to dedicate to Graffiato, which is sprinting torwards opening.

The Feast reports that Isabella is hiring for Graffiato.  He is expeting to hire 60 to 70 people--for everything from bartender to dishwasher. 

He is looking for at least two years of restaurant experience, preferably in an upscale restaurant.  That's a clue to the service you can expect at Graffiato, since it is expected to be relatively casual.
