Fiola opening on Monday

UrbanDaddy has this review of Fiola, and claims that the restaurant is opening on Monday.  The OpenTable page for the restaurant still says Fiola is unavailable.  However, we had heard rumors that it would be opening tomorrow, so we tend to believe this news about Monday.

Furthermore, according to Fiola's twitter feed, there was a test run of the restaurant last night.  Sounds like things are getting ready.   Maybe true soft openings will be this weekend.

Maybe next week we'll be digging into some lobster ravioli and 13-layer lasagna . . .
