More details on Graffiato

We have been talking a lot lately about Graffiato, which is opening in May.  Mike Isabella has launched to new fame after finishing runner-up in this season's Top Chef, and 6th Street could use a little revitalization.  Along with that, Graffiato has a little mystery to it - what exactly will it be?

Mike Isabella talked to TBD and provided a few more details.   “I want it to be their hangout, I want them to come in here, and I want to know who all of them are,” Isabella told TBD. “You know, have a drink with them sometimes, and just make it that place.”

Perhaps the best news is that the restaurant will be open late, serving pizza until 2 a.m. on Friday and Saturday nights.   While Penn Quarter has become a bustling nighttime hotspot, our late night food options have been limited.

The pizza bar will be located in the center of the main floor - and Isabella will be there cooking.
