901 restaurant names chef ahead of opening

You have probably read about the new restaurant coming to 9th and I

We now have word that the chef at that soon-to-be restaurant will be Tom Hall, the renowned chef from nearby restaurants such as Ceiba and Acadiana.

The Washington Business Journal reports that Hall's focus at the new 901 Restaurant will be "tapas-style dishes with an international twist, such as Wagyu beef meatballs and Thai lettuce wraps."

The restaurant will be in the Renaissance Hotel at 9th and I streets.  It is being opened by David von Storch, who also operates Capital City Brewing Company.
