Penn Quarter is rapidly becoming the tech center of D.C., with behemoths such as Living Social and Facebook moving into the neighborhood.
Now, add Microsoft to the list.
The Washington Business Journal reports that Microsoft has leased 20,000 square feet of space at 9th and K Streets N.W.
The space is said to include not only offices, but an "innovation center" with touch displays, Xbox 360s, and a Kinect Living Room, where hill staffers can play video games.
Microsoft is moving from 14th and Eye Streets N.W.
