But now that space is going to disappear and more vibrancy will make its way to Penn Quarter.
Monument Realty has announced, and the Washington Business Journal has reported, that they are planning to build an 80,000 square foot office and retail building in the space.
They are looking for an investment partner, but hope to break ground later this year. What retail would you like to see here on H street?
