Becoming a regular

As people who are in Penn Quarter quite a bit, we have the opportunity to become regulars a lot of places.  But are you a regular everywhere you want to be a regular?

The Washington Post's food critic, Tom Sietsema, picked his favorite restaurants where he would like to be a local.  Three Penn Quarter restaurants (and one that is close) made the list: Rasika, Jaleo, Graffiato, and Bibiana.

I guess he had to spread the love around, but come on - four?  And the most predictable ones?  And Bibiana and Rasika are owned by the same guy.  There are plenty of other restaurants we'd like to be regulars at.

You can check out Sietsema's other picks here, by cuisine, location, star rating, or price.
