Graffiato's Mike Isabella Does "Chef on a Shoestring"

As part of CBS's The Early Show on Saturday Morning, Mike Isabella, the celebrity chef behind Graffiato, makes a three course meal for four for under $40 for the viewers at home (and us). Isabella didn't make his famous pepperoni sauce, but he did make caramelized butternut squash, braised short rib ragu, and spiced orange panna cotta, and was kind enough to include the recipes on CBS' site.  Sadly, none of these dishes are available at Graffiato right now, but take solace in knowing that you're making Isabella's delicious dishes for far less than you'd be able to buy them at the restaurant.  Enjoy!
