Meatballs Gets Ready to Open
Huffington Post was touring Penn Quarter's newest restaurant, Meatballs, this morning
, and learned that we may get a soft opening as
early as Saturday
(Tuesday latest, Chef Michel Richard warned). The pictures look ready to us (even cheese & pepper shakers are on the table already)!
It was also revealed that Richard is planning a
for the restaurant, emphasizing "BALLS"
as he did with the signage
