- Madame Tussauds has discounts to peruse the Presidents' Gallery and see all 44 presidents (Goldstar has $12 tickets ($8 for kids), DC residents get $15 tickets on the website, or if you go Monday between 4 and 6, you get $10.60 tickets on the website).
- National Portrait Gallery is having a Family Fun day on Saturday, February 18th from 11:30a-3p. You and the kids can enjoy patriotic music, stories, craft activities and some special guests.
- Ford's Theater is having a free open house on Monday, February 20th with lots of programs and activities. At 7p, you can see their Presidential Leadership Panel, led by Chris Matthews and joined by historians Michael Beschloss and Harold Holzer. You need to get tickets here, but they're free.
- Starting tomorrow and through January 27th, 2013 the Newseum will show their "Every Four Years: Presidential Campaigns and the Press" exhibit on how media coverage has evolved. There's also Big Screen Theater showing of televised campaign ads you can check out.
