More Trouble for Daikaya

Daikaya, 6th Street's forthcoming ramen shop, is still a hole in the ground, despite Douglas Development's recent assertion that they'll be open "late Spring/early Summer 2012."  

A PQ Insider commenter noted that Daikaya's owners cited a permitting problem as the hold up in construction - and it seems that was only just the beginning.  We can't be sure what happened, but last week Daikaya was given a "Stop Work Order," which dashes any hopes we had that Daikaya was making any sort of headway here in Penn Quarter.
