A 29-year-old Moroccan man was arrested today while planning to detonate explosives at the Capitol. The FBI had been tracking the man for a about a year. They said he changed his target location several times, but canvassed the Capitol and eventually decided to plant a bomb there. Today was the day.
The man had a visitor visa that had expired years ago. The FBI had around-the-clock surveillance on him for several weeks, and he was not arrested on Capitol grounds.
