Did you hear the sirens this morning? Firefighters were on the scene at 701 Pennsylvania Avenue due to reports of smoke on the 10th floor. Additional units were requested, which found a burnt elevator motor. The units took steps to control the hazard, and had things taken care of within the hour.
701 Penn is a mixed-use building - but is condos from floor 10 and above (check out this beautiful condo for sale on the 11th floor!)
