We are assuming they will get to Capitol Hill by bicycle, so be aware you might see an onslaught of bikes rolling through Penn Quarter this week.The Washington Business Journal reports the summit will end on Thursday. The summit will mostly be contained within the Grand Hyatt until Thursday, when they will trek to the Hill.
The summit is put on by the League of American Bicyclists.
